Our in-house testing center conducts regular inspections on material composition, dimensional accuracy, load-bearing capacity, and corrosion resistance.

Process Control:

Every production stage follows strict standard operating procedures. Our skilled technicians monitor laser cutting, CNC machining, robotic welding, and surface polishing in real time. Critical dimensions are measured and recorded at each step, with traceable inspection reports generated for every batch. Any non-conforming parts are immediately segregated and subjected to root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Material Traceability:

All incoming SS304, SS316, and duplex SS2205 raw materials are verified against mill test certificates. Each batch is assigned a unique tracking code, enabling full traceability from raw material to finished product. This ensures that every component delivered to our clients can be traced back to its original material lot.

Certifications:

Our products carry CE certification and ISO9001 accreditation, meeting EU standards. Our spigots and glass hardware have been independently tested in Australia as per AS 1926.1-2012 Appendix B (NATA) . We maintain rigorous quality documentation for every order, providing clients with full test reports upon request.

Packaging & Shipping Protection:

Finished products undergo final visual inspection and dimensional verification before packaging. Each component is individually wrapped with anti-scratch protection, securely packed in export-grade cartons or wooden crates, and palletized for safe container loading — ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition, ready for installation.
